The right to recieve copy of appraisal report is the form you sign acknowleding that you understand it is you right to recieve a copy of the appraisal report upon the loan closing.

If you are not offered the appraisal feel free to ask your mortgage professional for a copy and they are able to provide this no problem. It is a good idea to save your appraisal for future reference.
